April 8, 2010 - Senator Smucker spoke at the "Block Laying" ceremony at the The Stockyards construction site on Marshall Avenue in Lancaster to recognize the transformation of the 21-acre property into a business park. CoreSource is expected to move its 300 employees from downtown to the site later this summer. Also, Cargas Systems is expected to open its corporate office in another building on the property. The building will have green aspects to it including solar panels, generating some of its own power. Tim Harrison is the developer of the site.
