March 26, 2010 – Senator Smucker and other legislators met with the Commanding Officer of Troop J of the Pennsylvania State Police located in Lancaster. Troopers from Troop J patrol Lancaster and Chester Counties. The Senator saw a demonstration by the drug-detecting canine unit. Among those in the pictures are Commanding Officer Captain Brenda Bernot, Lt. William White, Lt. Richard Gibble, Lt. Allen Krawczel, Sgt. Joseph Grove, Jonathon Ewald from Senator Dinniman's staff, Kathy Smith from Representative Houghton's staff and State Representative Chris Ross.
