January 21, 2010 – Senator Smucker attended an event at James Buchanan Elementary School recognizing the school's outstanding voluntary physical education program. Dr. Andy Baldwin, former star of ABC's The Bachelor, Navy doctor and Ironman triathlete, was in attendance and helped lead the program. Dr. Baldwin handed out Under Armour performance t-shirts to participating children. Also participating in the event were Jennifer Reinhart, Principal, James Buchanan Elementary School; Gregory Bolibruch, Physical Education Teacher, James Buchanan Elementary School; Program founders Cyndi Freeman, School District of Lancaster; Rosemary Search, Lighten Up Lancaster Coalition; and Roy Baldwin, Executive Director of Healthy Lifestyles Foundation.
