Senator Smucker took part in a walking tour of recently completed projects constructed by SACA.  Also included in the tour was walk-through of a site on Chester Street where SACA and LCCTC propose renovating an abandoned warehouse and turning it into an adult education center.  Senator Smucker took the tour with Carlos Graupera, Executive Director of the Spanish American Civic Association, and Tim Bianchi,  Assistant Executive Director of Lancaster County Career & Technology Center.
