Senator Smucker celebrated with Manheim Township community members the groundbreaking for the Township's new public library. The Senator congratulated the Township in making a wise investment in the preservation of its past and in the hope of its future and commented that the new library will be a center of community knowledge, of community learning, and community activity. The library is to be located in the Overlook Community Campus.
